How We Work - Our Process...

While there are standards that all web companies should follow, we take additional steps to ensure your project is on time and that it meets or exceeds your expectations.

Initial Consultation Meeting

Our initial meeting begins our development process, where we begin to integrate ourselves into your industry. We will learn about your business, discuss what your objective is, and define how we will be working together throughout the entire process.

Proposal Creation / Acceptance Phase

We take the results of our initial consultation, create a project scope outline proposal, and then deliver it to you for approval to begin the project.

After reviewing the proposal, and it meets your satisfaction, a signature and deposit as outlined within the proposal starts the project.

Project Creation Phase

During this phase, your account manager communicates with you the progress of the project as outlined in the proposal. We will provide a progress report at each milestone as well.

Project Delivery
- We deliver the completed project to you for final sign-off.
Monitoring and follow up
- Some projects, such as online marketing campaigns, search engine optimization, and sales conversion tests require analytical monitoring after they are implemented. We provide reports to show the statistical data, so you can have an active role in the progress of your investment.
